As more companies implement hybrid work policies, COhatch co-working spaces provide a new kind of office experience for remote employees. Plans for additional locations and expansion into new markets left COhatch searching for solutions for scalable brand implementation. We partnered with the creative minds at COhatch to develop a kit-of-parts and standards drawings to streamline the building process from initial test fit through construction. Utilizing Revit to create 3D models and smart families allowed the project to move seamlessly from model to drawings. The final brand guidelines provide a solution for design adaptability at any new site.
